The Permanent Bid System is used to place all bids, including to boards with rest cycles. There are some key differences when bidding to a board with a rest cycle vs bidding to any other board. Each rest cycle board has 9 different cycles that are labeled A-I, these are known as tracks. The number of each track will be dependent on the number of employees assigned to the board. A board with 63 pools will have 7 of each track, 63/9 = 7.
Important Information:
Rest cycles will be assigned based on seniority, if you are out bid for a specific rest cycle the bid system will not place you to another cycle unless it is listed on your bid sheet.
When the board is adjusted by either adding or cutting, the board will be reduced by rest cycle track and not seniority. This is done to keep the number of rest cycles balanced. Rest cycles will be added/removed in the following order to keep the number of employees on rest days balanced:
Adds - I,C,F,G,A,D,E,H,B
Removes - B,H,E,D,A,G,F,C,I
