High-Impact Days are days that BNSF claims historically reflected higher train crew absenteeism. These days are listed in the Attendance Policy, currently System General Notice 33. These days can be changed by releasing a new System General Order.  For more info on High Impact Days please refer to the TYE Attendance General Notice.
